Acrosolve ("we", "us", or "our") is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. We provide AI automation and workflow optimization services to B2B service businesses worldwide.

- Business information — industry, company size, current tools, operational challenges (via the AI Readiness Assessment form)
- Account information — email address and password (when registering for the Client Portal)
- Newsletter subscription — email address (when subscribing to our newsletter)
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store credit card details
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we collect certain information automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

- Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and click behavior

- Cal.eu — appointment scheduling (EU)
- Kit (ConvertKit) — newsletter and email marketing (USA; EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
- Vercel — website hosting (global CDN; EU data processing agreement in place)
- Stripe — payment processing (USA/EU; PCI DSS compliant)
We only share your data with these processors to the extent necessary to provide our services. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement.
Data retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:
- Contact form submissions — 2 years after last interaction
- Client Portal accounts — duration of the business relationship, plus 1 year
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data — 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- Financial records — 7 years (Dutch fiscal retention requirement)
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — the third-party processors listed above, strictly for providing our services
- Legal obligations — when required by law or in response to valid legal process
- Business transfer — if Acrosolve is acquired or merged, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction
